Musings of the Smart Girl with Pink Hair and High Heels (The Truth of the Matter)

The slightly weird girl, who is sure of who she wants to be, rambles on. Her nervousness has unplugged the dam that normally would slow the outpouring of words currently rushing from her lips. She unintentionally waved her hands as she always does when speaking, but her movements are more pronounced because of her unease.
Stopping her, a gorgeous boy pulls her close and quiets her with a kiss. They separate briefly as the new development sinks in and then they smile to each other, enjoying the knowledge that their previously hidden feelings are mutual.
Watching this on TV, girls’ hearts flutter in desire. They desperately dream of finding that one perfect guy; the guy who would create explosions of fireworks in their minds from just a touch. They want nothing more than to find their other half, the person who will complete them.
One day in the future, all their dreams will come true. Some bumps may mar the long and winding road ahead, but in the end, they will have found their closest friend.
